GOOD CORPORATE PRACTICES
The BO Paper Group develops internal policies to comply with Law 12,846/2013, on Corporate Anti-Corruption, in force since January 29, 2014.
The matter created new ways to hold managers of national and foreign companies accountable for the practice of acts contrary to the interests of the public administration.
To ensure the application of current legislation and compliance with internal guidelines and policies, the company has mechanisms such as a Code of Ethics, Compliance programs, integrity procedures, a channel to encourage complaints and internal audits. Such actions are disseminated to all those involved - management body, employees, suppliers, service providers, commercial representatives and customers.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Code of Conduct aims to ensure business reliability and sustainability. In addition to defining professional behavior guidelines, this instrument aims to ensure that all BO Paper employees and outsourced perform their activities respecting ethical work standards and all applicable laws and regulations.
